This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide in the quote form:
- Full name and e-mail address (required).
- Telephone, town and preferred date of visit (optional).
- Project description and, if you wish, photographs of your garden (optional).
- Type of service requested.
We collect no special-category data. This site sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and we carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to handle your enquiry, prepare the quote and get back to you. It is not used to send you unsolicited marketing.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to answer it and, where no contract follows, for a maximum of twelve months. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the data is kept for the statutory tax and commercial limitation periods.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Only the providers needed to run the site and the mailbox are involved:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (United States).
- Resend (Plus Two Ventures Inc.) — delivery of contact-form e-mails (United States).
- Google Ireland Ltd. — inbox receiving the enquiries, Gmail (Ireland / United States).
6. International transfers
Some of these providers are established in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU—US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to loshermanoscontact.03@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document:
- Access: find out what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it.
- Objection: object to a specific processing operation.
- Restriction: ask us to suspend processing while a complaint is examined.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
We reply within one month at the latest.
8. Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you believe your data is not being handled lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
9. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Cookies
This site uses no first-party or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling. No cookie banner is therefore shown. Should we add a measurement tool in future, this policy will be updated and your prior consent requested.
