The purpose of this website is to present the gardening services we provide in the Marina Alta (Alicante province) and to let interested parties request a no-obligation quote. No sales or payments are processed online.
3. Terms of use
Access to the site is free of charge and confers the status of user. Users undertake to use the site diligently and not to use it for unlawful purposes, in ways that harm the rights of third parties, or that may damage, disable or overload the website.
The owner reserves the right to modify the contents and services at any time, and to suspend access temporarily for technical reasons.

The texts, photographs, logos, designs and other elements of this site are the property of the owner or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.

The technical information published on this site (pruning seasons, treatments, indicative prices) is general and for information only. It does not replace an on-site assessment and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. Indicative prices vary with access, height, species and the actual condition of each specimen.
The owner accepts no liability for damage arising from service interruptions, connection errors, or the presence of viruses on the user’s computer system.
6. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party pages (Google Maps or WhatsApp, for example). The owner does not control their content and accepts no responsibility for it.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data submitted through the contact form is described in the Privacy Policy on this same site.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between the owner and the user is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s domicile where the user is a consumer.
